I have tried multiple different systems, and I can say that Projul is more budget friendly and also user friendly option. It has many features that can help you bid and tie that contract down. My favorite is 1Build, it helps you price your bids accordingly using your city or zip. You can use it to correctly price your labor and material. Try them out they are month to month and they do not hold you down for a year compared to other competitor. Lastly, if you ever need help finding something in the system, Projul has the best customer service that actually help you out!

We are a full-service plumbing and remodeling company that's used Projul for almost 2 years now and with their user friendly program we can effortlessly create estimates and invoices with ease. When we've had a question or a concern, they've always been very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful while they work to resolve the issue. If they need more than a few minutes to investigate my concern, they (Nick, Jake &Gage just to name a few) communicate this and keep me updated to let me know that they are working on it. They have a great team that is very knowledgeable about the system and have ALWAYS resolved any issues in a very timely fashion. We have only good things to say about this software & the team at Projul and look forward to working with them for many years to come! Keep up the good work guys!!

My Off. Mgr & I spent several weeks looking for the right software for our growing Landscape & Sprinkler Company. She said she only wanted Projul & wouldn't settle for anything else. I was very hesitant to say the least. After, using it for a few weeks now, I don't know how we functioned before. Projul gives great trainings & customer support. My Off. Mgr absolutely loves it and has helped creating proposals/estimates, contracts & Invoices a breeze. Which is great for me! Also, having JustiFi as our payment processing, we have seen in just a few weeks save my company thousands of dollars. We have used projul of years now & it is by far the best app for contractor's! They have thought of everything & if you need assistance they provide a team of professionals that you actually speak with every time!! If they are not available, which is rare, they call you back!! If they don't have the immediate answer, which again is rare, they will find it and fix your issue. Every single time. Not sometimes but Always, consistently! Love this app! Thank you Projul Team!

We have been using the software for a few months now and have been extremely happy with with they have to offer. With any software, there is not a one size fits all so it is a give and take. I struggled to find a construction management software that would work for us a a general contractor as we self perform most of our own work. The flow from bid to scheduling to our field team is amazing. The insights on lead flow is great and the horizontal project time line view is great! Beyond the functionality is the customer service. Support tickets are answered same day, feedback is heard and improvements are made, that has been great.

My company, Fusion Concepts LLC, was looking for a CRM and Project Management software solution separately when I found Projul. My experience with the entire team at Projul has been nothing short of awesome!! Their solution is EXACTLY what I was looking for bundled into one platform, which was what I needed as a very small company. I have used many other CRM's and PM softwares, and Projul is truly what my company needed to keep my leads, estimates, and projects focused and organized. Projul is very intuitive and easy to use, and the team at Projul is very helpful and willing to assist with my company's success. They have helped train me and my staff and their after hours customer support is awesome as well. Projul has been an excellent program for our roofing company. All reporting is streamlined and that makes us more efficient. I no longer have to open several reports, copy & paste into other reports, to give and get information! Nick Bennett has been so helpful with assisting us as we learn all that Projul offers.
